  • the principles & indications of IV therapy ,
  • types of IV fluids, ,
  • goals and factors affecting iv administration,
  • iv calculations
  • transfusion therapy
  • standard precautions to be observed during administering IV therapy.
  • Will have hands on practice in inserting peripheral IV lines.
